Target Circle Card 5% off. The extra 5% for paying with a Target Circle Card (formerly RedCard) is a year-round cardholder benefit, not part of the seasonal promotion. On the $79.99 Standard Edition pre-order, that is about $75.99 before tax. Not $61, but it is the cleanest discount left on the board.

No holiday discount is coming. Take-Two has confirmed GTA 6 will not get a holiday discount, so waiting for Black Friday is not a plan.

A note on what "physical" means. Target's Standard Edition pre-order is a code in a box, not a disc. There is no disc version of GTA 6 at all. Know this before you buy: you are pre-ordering a download code in retail packaging, and unlike a disc it cannot be resold used later.

2. Apply the 20% coupon to the Standard Edition. That drops $79.99 to $63.99.

3. Pay with a Target Circle Card for another 5% off, landing at about $60.79 before tax.

That's nearly what GTA 5 cost when it launched back in 2013. What made this deal worth flagging is how clean it was.
